We needed to downsize our home belongings for an upcoming move, and knew we had some items we needed to dispose of. We had never rented our own dumpster before, and chose Grand Slam in Katy because of their great ratings. We could not be happier with the whole process. While you can reserve a dumpster online, I called to speak with an expert. Michael was very knowledgeable and patient as we discussed our needs and agreed to an appropriate size unit. The drop off was excellent - the driver worked very hard to place the unit exactly where we had to have it. With the three-day window we had, we filled the unit. Pickup was easy and completely contactless. I would highly recommend Grand Slam for anyone seeking a residential dumpster. They are a great team to work with.
